Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by Green Boom North America LLC, 1180 West Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA (“Green Boom”, “we”).

What we collect

Forms. When you send a form (distributor application, free assessment request, or savings report), we receive what you enter, such as your name, company, job title, email, phone number, location, and message.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It records your approximate location (country, state, and city, based on your IP address) and your device and browser type, and sets cookies to recognize repeat visits.
Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs (IP address, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and running.

Why we use it

To answer your request, send the report you asked for, and follow up about Green Boom products; to improve the website; and to keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Our web host (Namecheap), our email provider (Microsoft 365), and Google (Analytics). Where it helps us serve you, we may pass an enquiry to an authorized Green Boom distributor.

How long we keep it

Form enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
